We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an Innovatools product doesn't meet expectations, we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Before a Return: Our Commitment to Resolve

• Our tools are built to perform as described. Before finalizing a return, you'll work directly with the team member most familiar with your product to diagnose the issue.
• We follow a proven, step-by-step diagnostic process designed to identify and fix issues quickly, at no cost to you.
• Before finalizing a return, our team may ask a few questions, photos or videos to determine whether the issue can be quickly resolved. Providing complete information helps us identify the issue and avoid an unnecessary return.
• Do not disassemble the product before this process is complete. Disassembling early limits our ability to diagnose the issue and may delay or affect your return.
• If the issue can't be resolved through this process, or you still prefer to return the product, we'll proceed with the return — at which point disassembly is required (see Eligibility below).

• Bending brakes must be fully disassembled for return shipment.
• All supplied components must be included and returned in good condition, allowing for reasonable evaluation use.
• Must be repackaged in original packaging.
• Must be free of damage or wear beyond normal evaluation use (test bends only, not production use).
• Once a return has been requested, the product should no longer be used for production work unless our team specifically requests additional testing as part of the diagnostic process.

Hur man initierar en retur

För att starta en retur:

•  Kontakt return@innovatools.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
• We'll determine whether troubleshooting may help resolve the issue and, where appropriate, provide diagnostic guidance before issuing return instructions.
•  Once approved, the product must ship back within 14 days, in original packaging as required above. Returns not shipped within this window require re-authorization and may be denied.

Fraktkostnader

• Confirmed error or defect attributable to Innovatools: Innovatools covers both the original and return shipping costs.
• If a return is being requested because of an alleged defect or malfunction, we may require reasonable diagnostic information such as photos, video, measurements or testing before determining whether Innovatools is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Change of mind or suitability preference: you cover both the original and return shipping costs. Shipping is included in the product price; when non-refundable, the actual freight cost for your region will be deducted from your refund and confirmed at the time of return.
• Innovatools determines, upon inspection, which category applies.
• Regardless of reason, you're always responsible for disassembly, repackaging, and delivering the shipment to the carrier.

Tull, avgifter och importavgifter

• Duties, brokerage fees, and other import/export charges associated with the original or return shipment are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law. Any refund of sales taxes collected at checkout will be handled in accordance with applicable tax requirements.

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection.
• Original and return shipping, customs, and handling charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Incomplete, or Refused Returns

• Missing components, improper packaging, damage, or condition beyond reasonable evaluation use may result in a deduction from the refund reflecting the reasonable cost of missing parts, repairs, repackaging, or loss in value, or may result in refusal of the return where appropriate.
• If refused, the product is shipped back to the customer at their cost.
• If the customer does not arrange or pay for return shipping within 30 days of being notified, the product will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
